Do NRTIs have reversible or irreversible action?

Nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors used in HIV. They competitively inhibit the enzyme at the active site, and lead to DNA chain termination... are they reversible? Non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors are reversible, and they bind to an allosteric site.
