Should I plead guilty to a police investigation charge in PA?

I pleaded guilty and have a court date tomorrow in Philadelphia for 2 traffic citations... I already paid them, but I do not want to go to Philadelphia tomorrow. Should I just change my plea to guilty?? One is for driving without a seatbelt, one is for police investigation... Will my license get suspended for either of these offenses? Please hurry I have to fax a letter in an hour or less changing my pleas to guilty if I do not want to go to court tomorrow....
