Is my newborn puppy going to make it?

my pug had her puppies today. she had five and one came out with her eyes open and she has a cleft palate and she came out as the runt. shes has trouble eating(sometimes she will eat) and mucus comes out a lot. will she be ok ? what do we need to do to help her ? please help (khloe the puppy) i know she can make it i just want to help her make it. thank you very much !!(:
