ok,i *** home frm work at 6pm, den i'll do some exercise(cardio n weight training for about 30 minits but sumtimes i don't coz im too lazy) ,bath n go 2 slp. i'll wkup at around 12am to 2am n eat a big "breakfast". den i'll jz go around doin stuffs (yes,im quite nocturnal) bt sometimes i'll fall asleep aftr dat. den at 8am,i'll wakeup n hv a light breakfast n den go 2 work, Nxt, for lunch and throughout the day i'll jz eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables. will dis eating habit make me fat????
