This sounds like a good plan to get into trouble. Don't try to buy alcohol if you're not legally of age to buy it. Ditching the hotel and getting drunk, in a city that's unfamiliar to you, could get you mugged, beat up, seriously injured, land you in the hospital, jail, or the morgue. There's a lot of ways to have fun in London without exposing yourself to these types of dangers. I know you're at the age where you think nothing bad will happen to you, only other people, but that's not true. A lot of bad things could happen to you with this idea.
