Contracting hiv in this situation?

Well i work at costco as the front end istant and transfer items onto carts and such. As i was transfering items i got a small cut on top of my knuckle on my right hand. It bled a tiny tiny bit and after one wipe with a napkin it pretty much stopped. Well a couple minutes later my cashier got a cut on her finger that kept bleeding and all she did was wipe it with a tissue but it still bled and continued working scanning items. And im worried that her blood might of gotten on the items and i might of touched her blood and we work pretty fast at costco so its hard to tell. She continued to keep wiping her cut with napkins but kept on bleeding so i offered to get her band aids and the anti septic. so my questions is what are the chances of me getting hiv touching the items she touched with a possibility blood might of been on it and getting in my cut. I constantly looked at my hands for any signs blood but the only blood i saw was the little blood on my cut i got a few minutes before her. Can someone please help me. Should i be worried about this or am i just being just a little paranoid.
