Did Escape The Fate sell out?

We were talking about selling out in English cl today. I brought up Escape The Fate and got verbally bashed by several of my clmates. To me, they completely changed their identity and changed who they were so that they could sing ballads and create catchy pop punk songs. Also, changing the voalist was a huge mistake considering Radke's voice was so distinct. What really pieves me out is that the lyrics that Craig created for This War Is Ours we're nothing like the stuff he did with Bless The Fall. It seems as though they are just making music to the next hit and that wasn't what Escape The Fate was about circa Radke. They were . What do you think?
