Cheese is a bit fattening, but okay in moderation. don't go eating a slice of cheese every hour >;o. There are a lot of exercise you can do. Lunges, jumping jacks, running in place with high knees, bicycle crunching. You can combine all of these to make a workout for yourself.. like 5 reps of 10. Or you can do each of them for a minute and then repeat until it's been 30 minutes.
