How do i write a 2 page autobiography of a skate boarding accident?

not short as in a simple life autobiography, short as in we have to do a cl task of 1 memory we have, mine is an amazing skateboard crash, where i fell over and broke myself in everyway possible, i'm ok now so it's kl, but how do i write about it?!
