My rat terrier scratched my baby on her soft spot?

she didn't jump on her but she stood up on her soft spot and my husbands reaction was to move the baby real quick and it caused the dog to scratch her. she cried for about ten seconds and then seemed perfectly fine. she was smiling and cooing. do you think it effected her?
