Random hives on hands and feet?

This happens all the time. My skin where I get them will turn red and and then huge hives will show up on my fingers palms wrists and feet. My fingers will swell up to twice their regular size and I wont be able to bend them well, if ast all. These last a long time and have been happening daily. It used to just be once or twice a week but now it can be twice or even three times a day. They will hurt and then will start itching. Nothing I eat or products I use has changed and im pretty sure they don't come up because of stress. What should I do/ what is wrong?
