Dog is peeing and pooping inside house after being let out to go potty?

what you need to do is go outside with her and make sure she goes when she does go make a big fuss of her and give her a treat i know this might be hard to do at 6am but you have to do this everytime she goes you were doing something right in the beginning but you you dropped the ball somewhere along the line you need to be consistant don,t even think of getting rid of her if you persevere and get it right it will be worth it good luck
