How do i hide the little orange bar above my blurbs? & how do I move about me up?

I've been messin with my myspace all day and I've managed to hide just about everything. I hid the extended network, blogs, and orange titles, but I just cant figure out how to get the little orange bar away, and to add to this, every code I use to move the about me up doesnt work either. Help!! (:
