Mountain climbing in Snowdonia?

I'll be in Snowdonia for a night (not sure where exactly yet) and I was watching a tele special on Snowdonia and some guy climbed the Snowdonia Horeshoe path with a guide. The scenery was gorgeous and I'd love to do it while I'm there, but I'm going to be on my own. (will be with my mum but she doesn't want to climb it). Is there a guide or some kind of climbing tour? I don't want to risk going on my own, even if I have a map, and get lost. I don't know if there's such thing as having one guide with you while you climb it or several, so please let me know!
